The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align closely with client requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration efforts across diverse business units to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various levels.
