Field Sales Executive

1 Identify and visit prospective retailers within the assigned territory.

2 Generate new retailer leads through market visits and references.

3 Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features and benefits.

4 Convince retailers to register and actively use the platform.

5 Complete retailer onboarding documentation and KYC requirements.

6 Achieve monthly retailer onboarding targets.

7 Assist retailers in completing the registration process.

8 Ensure accurate collection of retailer information and required documents.

9 Install and configure the retailer application where applicable.

10 Train retailers on platform usage, ordering process, payment options, and available features.

11 Ensure retailers successfully place their first order through the platform.

12 Resolve initial onboarding issues in coordination with the support team.

13 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retailers.

14 Conduct regular follow-up visits to encourage platform usage.

15 Gather retailer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.

16 Resolve retailer concerns within defined timelines.

17 Promote new products, offers, and platform features.

18 Make the retailers aware about the deals going live on the platform and help them to put orders.

19 Need to collect sales order from the market, review market requirements and revert back to the Head office.
