Assistant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales male and female both to support the sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, guiding sales executives, handling key clients, achieving targets, and ensuring effective follow-ups throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

·        Generate new business opportunities through leads, references, networking, and market activities.

·        Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and investment benefits to customers.

·        Monitor daily lead follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into bookings.

·        Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, Legal, and other internal teams for smooth booking and documentation.

·        Support the team in negotiations and closing sales.

·        Participate in exhibitions, events, property promotions, and other lead-generation activities.

Requirements:

·        Male and female both can apply.

·        Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

·        2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

·        Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

·        Strong market understanding and business development skills.

·        Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
