Job Opening – Lucknow
Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Designation: Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
Salary: ₹20,000/month after successful completion of the 90-day probation period.
- Job Role:70% Admissions & Student Counselling. / 30% School Administrative Work.
- Monthly Target:Minimum 2 confirmed admissions per month to receive the full salary.
- If the target is not achieved, only 35% of the monthly salary will be released.
- A confirmed admission means the student has completed admission and paid the first installment/admission fee.
- Incentive:1st & 2nd Admission – No Incentive
- 3rd Admission – ₹5,000 incentive per confirmed admission
- Performance Expectations:Handle admission enquiries and counselling.
- Regular parent follow-up. / Maintain admission records and reports.
- Support administrative work / Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.
Management Rights:The School Management reserves the right to revise the salary structure, targets, incentives, and job responsibilities based on the institution's requirements and employee performance.
The Management's decision shall be final.
