Field Sales Executive

Job Role: Field Sales Executive – Pest Control Services

1. Client Visits & Lead Conversion



Visit potential customers from leads shared by the call centre.



Inspect the property to understand the client’s needs.



Explain our pest control services and close deals to meet monthly targets.





2. Cold Calling & New Leads



Visit new or under-construction sites to offer pest control services.



Build relationships with builders, contractors, and site managers to generate leads.





3. Follow-Ups



Regularly follow up with interested clients until the deal is closed.



Keep a proper record of all follow-ups to ensure timely conversions.





4. Selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)



Convert one-time service customers into yearly AMC clients.



Explain AMC benefits like regular service and long-term protection.





5. Community & Society Visits



Meet Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and society committees.



Present our services and build trust to secure AMC contracts.









Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of client visits and conversions from leads.



New business generated from under-construction sites.



Follow-up success rate and lead conversion ratio.



AMC sales from existing clients and housing societies.



Monthly revenue and incentives earned.









Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience in field sales (pest control industry ).



Good communication and convincing skills.



Self-motivated and target-oriented.



Knowledge of local areas and real estate projects.



Basic understanding of pest control services (training will be given).
