Job Title: Rural Awareness & Training Coordinator (Field Executive)
Location: Rural Areas (Field Work)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Objective
We are looking for an energetic and highly communicative individual to spread awareness about our company and medicines in rural areas. A primary goal of this role is to identify, empower, and train rural women who are interested in joining our medicine distribution network and becoming self-reliant.
Key Responsibilities
Awareness Campaigns: Visit assigned rural areas to educate local communities about the company's vision, mission, and the benefits of our medicines.
Women Empowerment & Networking: Identify and connect with rural women who are enthusiastic about working in the healthcare and medicine sector.
Training & Development: Provide basic training to interested women regarding our medicines, their usage, and the operational process of working with us.
Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive relationships with the rural community, village heads (Gram Pradhans), and local health workers (e.g., ASHA workers).
Reporting: Maintain and submit daily/weekly reports on field visits, meetings conducted, and data of new women joining the network to the management team.
Required Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates or candidates with a Science/Pharma background will be preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in field sales, marketing, NGOs, or rural development is a strong plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong command over Hindi and the local regional language.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively across rural areas.
Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Must demonstrate a highly respectful and professional approach while working with women.
