Job Description
we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented sales executive to join our estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting property options, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
