Position Summary:
The Social Media Manager, Content Writer & Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, running marketing campaigns, and generating leads for the company’s services. The role requires strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, creativity, and the ability to convert online engagement into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
📱Manage and maintain company social media platforms, including:
- Twitter (X)
- YouTube
- WhatsApp Business
- Plan, create, and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly posts
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Respond to leads and customer queries promptly
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates
2. Content Writing & Content Creation:
✍️Write engaging and professional content for:
- Social media posts
- Website pages
- Blog articles
- Marketing campaigns
- Email marketing
- Advertisements
- Business proposals and service descriptions
- Create SEO-optimized content to improve search engine ranking
- Develop creative captions, headlines, and taglines
- Proofread and edit content before publishing
- Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams
3. Lead Generation & Business Development:
- 🎯Generate leads through social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Identify potential customers and target audiences
- Conduct online research to find business opportunities
- Use LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media to generate leads
- Follow up with potential clients through messages, calls, or emails
- Maintain a database of leads and prospects
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and business opportunities
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
4. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
📊Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Run paid advertising campaigns such as:
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize campaigns to generate maximum leads
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
5. Analytics, Reporting & CRM Management:
📈Track and analyze marketing and lead generation performance
- Use tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Suite
- CRM software
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Leads generated
- Conversion rate
- Engagement rate
