Job Description

Prime Solution is hiring Field Sales Executives/ Tele Calling for our Loans & Credit Cards division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining financial products, and converting eligible customers into loan and credit-card applications.

• Key Responsibilities to generate leads through field visits and tele calling.
• Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain loan and credit-card products, eligibility and benefits.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for application processing.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, visits and conversions.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience required.
• Experience in loans, credit cards, banking, insurance, or field sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be comfortable with field work and meeting customers.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp required.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred.
