Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • GeM portal par bid/RA participation, catalogue management aur order fulfillment tracking
  • CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal) par tender search, download aur analysis
  • Tender documents tayyar karna – technical & financial bids
  • EMD, Bid Security, Performance Security jaisi formalities handle karna
  • Tender ke liye required documents (company profile, experience certificate, turnover proof, etc.) coordinate karna
  • Tender submission deadlines track karna aur timely bidding ensure karna
  • Government departments/PSUs se follow-up aur query resolution
  • DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) handling aur renewal
  • Management ko tender status aur results par regular reporting
