Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, develop new business, handle key customers, and achieve sales targets across Punjab for our industrial lubricants, cutting oils, tapping oils, water-soluble oils, greases, and chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initially demonstrate the capability to independently achieve assigned sales targets while effectively leading, supporting, and motivating the team to achieve their respective targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
• Handle field sales activities across Punjab.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, collections, and market activities.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with production, technical, and accounts teams.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• RequirementsGraduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales.
• Must have proven experience in team handling and sales team management.
• Experience in Industrial Lubricants, MWF, Chemicals, or related products preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
