Job Description

JOB Responsibilities


  1. Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping of the jewellery showroom
  2. Handle cash , upi , card and online transaction
  3. Record daily sales , Purchase , expenses and receipts
  4. Maintain customer and supplier ledger
  5. Manage gold , silver and diamond stock records and reconcile physical stock with system records
  6. Handle GST , TDS and other accounting related records
  7. Co ordinate with CA for GST returns , TDS , income tax and other compliance requirements
  8. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required
  9. Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information


Requirements


  1. Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
  2. Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
  3. Good understanding of daily cash and bank reconciliation
  4. Honest , responsible and trustworthy
