Designation: Center Manager
Age: 25–30 Years
Experience: 3–8 Years in Healthcare
Salary: 12,000–15,500 CTC
Location: Ludhiana Punjab
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center.
- Coordinate with patients and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Manage center staff, attendance, discipline, and daily activities.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and overall center maintenance.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve day-to-day concerns.
- Maintain records, reports, and other center-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the clinical and support teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor center performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities.
