JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication, order coordination, follow-ups, and customer records for our garment manufacturing company. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal departments such as Sales, Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and queries.

• Maintain customer and order details in Google Sheets/Excel/CRM software.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, samples, payments, and deliveries.

• Coordinate with Sales and Production teams regarding order status.

• Track orders from confirmation to dispatch.

• Share regular order updates with customers.

• Maintain records of customer complaints, feedback, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with Accounts regarding pending payments and outstanding amounts.

• Prepare daily/weekly CRM and follow-up reports.

• Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure no customer enquiry is missed.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Support the sales team in customer retention and repeat orders.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks.

• Good communication in English and Hindi/Punjabi.

• Garment/Textile/Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

• Timely customer follow-ups.
