Job Overview :We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-calling Executive to promote and sell our e-commerce services to potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses, explaining service offerings, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain e-commerce services such as website development, marketplace onboarding, product listing, digital marketing, etc.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is an advantage).
