Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers and provide a premium in-store experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Ashmere’s products, fabrics, craftsmanship and pricing.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle individual, wedding, gifting and bulk-order enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat sales.
- Follow up with enquiries, leads and potential customers.
- Maintain customer database and purchase records.
- Handle billing, order processing, packaging and dispatch coordination.
- Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
- Maintain product presentation, displays and overall store upkeep.
- Ensure products are handled, folded and displayed appropriately.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Represent Ashmere with a polished, professional and luxury-oriented approach.
