Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Industry Sales & Operations Executive to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
  • Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and travel packages.
  • Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, and customer documents.
  • Assist in preparing travel-related content and promotions when required.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
  • Good computer skills, especially WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
