Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote company products and explain their features and benefits.
- Generate new business inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with customers to maximize conversions and repeat business.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and CRM updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Requirements & QualificationsGraduate or 12th Pass with relevant Tele Sales experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
