Jewellery Sales Associate

Job Description

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain jewellery designs, product specifications, pricing, offers, and schemes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of 18K, 22K & 24K gold, diamonds, silver Jewellery, and BIS Hallmark.
• Suggest suitable jewellery based on customer needs.
• Handle product demonstrations and support customers during purchase decisions.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain customer database and support repeat business.
• Assist with billing, exchange, returns, and other showroom procedures.
• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
• Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams when required.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and security guidelines.

Required Skills

• Tamil and English communication is preferred.
