Job Description
At Sri Anu Jewelers, We are looking for CRM(Tele Customer Support) candidate, as we give more importance to customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote jewellery collections and offers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, schemes, and showroom details
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into showroom visits or sales
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Follow up with customers for purchase decisions, schemes, and festive offers
- Inform customers about new arrivals, discounts, and special events
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth customer handling at showroom
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling skills and patience
