Job Description
RECEPTIONIST
Requirements:

Age below 35 years
Good communication & basic computer knowledge
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
- Maintain visitor registers and customer waiting records accurately.
- Ensure customer comfort by offering seating and refreshments.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic showroom information.
- Inform customers about current offers, schemes, and promotional events.
- Maintain the reception area, showroom ambiance, and display presentation.
- Coordinate customer appointments and manage queue/token systems efficiently.
- Support customer engagement activities, including feedback collection and festive greetings.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with all customers and visitors.
