Job Description – Sales & Service Executive
Location: Madurai
Job Summary
VEE YSS Lifestyles Robotics Private Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of robotic vacuum cleaners at customer locations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good customer handling skills, and the ability to resolve service issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and demonstrate robotic vacuum cleaners at customer locations
- Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and repair of products
- Diagnose technical faults and provide quick solutions
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints on time
- Maintain daily service reports and update service records
- Ensure proper handling of company tools and equipment
- Provide product guidance and basic troubleshooting support to customers
- Coordinate with the service team and management for smooth operations
Required Skills
- Technical knowledge in repairs and maintenance
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic appliances
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned service area
Educational Qualification
BE, B.Tech, ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in service, maintenance, or technician roles
- Experience in home appliances, electronics, or robotic products will be an added advantage
