Job SummaryThe Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for customer follow-ups, lead verification, maintaining customer records, coordinating with Sales Executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers assigned by the Sales Team.
- Verify and update customer information.
- Follow up with leads generated by Sales Executives.
- Submit customer follow-up reports every 2 hours.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Documentation Officers.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain customer records.
- Collect customer feedback and referrals after installation.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and CRM updates.
- EligibilityAny Graduate / Intermediate.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, or CRM.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Teamwork and time management.
- Ability to work under targets.
