Operations & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Clean7 and support business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, staff coordination, customer service, marketing activities and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and service operations.

• Coordinate with staff, delivery executives and service teams.

• Monitor customer bookings, pickup and delivery operations.

• Ensure proper service quality and timely completion of orders.

• Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.

• Maintain daily records of orders, sales, expenses and other operational activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure availability of required materials.

• Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate new customers.

• Manage social media and coordinate with the digital marketing team.

• Develop local partnerships and business opportunities.

• Monitor sales, customer acquisition and marketing performance.

• Prepare basic daily and monthly performance reports.

• Ensure company processes and service standards are properly followed.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in operations, marketing, sales or a similar role. fresher also may apply

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

• Willingness to work in a startup environment.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in operations, marketing, sales or service-based businesses will be preferred.
