Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Eligibility: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities

* Merchant Onboarding: Visit local markets and shops to onboard new merchants to the Paytm network.

* Product Deployment: Install and set up Paytm QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/POS machines at merchant outlets.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure active usage of Paytm services.

* Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly sales and onboarding targets.

Requirements

* Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

* Experience: Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience is a plus.

* Mandatory Assets: Must have a reliable two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and an Android smartphone.

* Skills: Good communication skills, local market knowledge of Meerut, and a go-getter attitude.
