Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, meet prospective customers, promote company products/services, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential and existing customers regularly in the assigned territory.
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and market activities.
• Explain and promote company products/services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments, wherever applicable.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.

• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications.

• Qualification & ExperienceQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales/marketing; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Languages: Hindi and basic English preferred.
• Other: Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required, depending on the territory.
