About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and communication-savvy Telecaller to join our team in the sports industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, sports academies, schools, colleges, clubs, coaches, retailers, and other sports-related businesses to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to customers and sports-related businesses.
- Communicate with sports academies, schools, colleges, clubs, coaches, retailers, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Explain product features, availability, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal team for product availability, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and requests.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic to good English preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in sports, fitness, or sporting goods will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
