Hiring: Video Editor & Store Support Executive

Job Location: Meerut

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3–6 months

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, responsible, and multitasking individual who can manage video editing and content creation while also supporting day-to-day store operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, including video shooting/editing, customer interaction, call handling, walk-in customers, and basic staff hiring activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShoot and edit engaging videos for cosmetic products, promotions, offers, and social media.
• Create Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their queries.
• Attend and manage walk-in clients/customers professionally.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work according to requirements.
• Coordinate with the store team for daily activities, promotions, and campaigns.
• Assist in staff hiring, including coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and basic follow-ups.
• Support the management in maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• RequirementsMinimum 3–6 months of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of video shooting and editing.
• Experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable handling calls and walk-in customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and staff coordination will be an advantage.
• Creative, organized, responsible, and presentable personality.
• Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry will be an added advantage.
