Experience: 1–3 years back-office/operations experience

Education: Graduate preferred

Computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, basic CRM/software

Work: Student data management, batch creation/update, coach coordination, attendance, fee/payment records, reports, follow-ups

Communication: Hindi + English dono mein achhi communication

Work style: Detail-oriented, responsible aur follow-up mein strong

Chess knowledge: Mandatory nahi; basic knowledge ho to advantage

Working hours: Online academy ke operations ke according flexible/shift-based ho sakte hain
