Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Target Compliance

1. Reduce MW outage minutes by 20% to improve overall Circle RNA.
2. Drive circle teams to maintain greater than 99.5% availability across S1, Iub, and Abis interfaces.
3. Maintain zero P1/P2 outages caused by the MW network
4. Deliver a 20% reduction in TNL failures attributed to the MW network.
5. Enforce and maintain a strict MTTR threshold of 120 minutes or less for MW faults.
6. Drive a 10% improvement in compliance for all core MW network KPIs YOU

Core Engineering & Quality Parameters

1. Keep network frequency deviations below 2.5% with respect to the overall Installed Base (IB).
2. Eliminate 100% of feasible CFD cases across the overall IB.
3. Enforce and maintain Hi-Lo violations below 2% relative to the overall IB.
4. Keep combined P1 and P2 RSL deviations below 5% with respect to the overall IB.
5. Maintain link down events below 0.2%, link fluctuations below 0.2%, and link errors below 0.5% with respect to the overall IB.
6. Restrict critical active alarms below 0.25% and Cross-Polarization Discrimination (XPD) deviations below 0.5% with respect to the overall IB.

Operations, Maintenance & Field Delivery

1. Achieve a PM completion rate greater than 90% and ensure 50% of outstanding field punch points are closed.
2. Deliver a 20% reduction in physical hardware faults across all active multi-vendor OEMs.
3. Close all technically feasible cases involving the migration of Fast Ethernet (FE) ports to Gigabit Ethernet (GE) ports.
4. Conduct a 100% audit and deployment of uniform QoS policies across Huawei RTN, NEC, Ericsson ML-66XX, and Ericsson MLTN traffic nodes.
5. Audit and enforce broadcast storm control policies across 100% of NEC, Ceragon, and Ericsson nodes to eliminate network storms.

Network Modernization & Architecture Lifecycle

1. Drive 100% migration from out-of-band to in-band DCN configuration for all feasible MW NE
2. Reduce site dependency across microwave networks by 80% to ensure fewer than 15 sites rely on any single node or link.
3. Resolve 100% of E2E stitching gaps by identifying and fixing missing MW GNEs to achieve fully automated RFO-2 reporting.
4. Maintain a 98% data logging compliance for all planned MW inventory within the UIM database.
5. Modernize the network architecture by systematically dismantling legacy MW hops and reducing feasible parallel hops.
6. Strategically light up Optics PoP sites to offload heavy traffic from MW-dependent node clusters.

Alarm Optimization, Software Governance & Security

1. Execute a targeted operational alarm-reduction program across all active OEMs including Huawei, Ceragon, ZTE, Ericsson, NEC, and HFCL.
2. Plan and execute 100% microwave network software upgrades across all active nodes and OEMs to ensure feature currency and security patch compliance.
3. Update and align NSSSID across 100% of active microwave nodes.
4. Establish and govern an audit process to ensure 95% data accuracy between the Link Budget (LB), NMS, and Field Operations (FO) databases.

Vendor Management, Cost Optimization & Spares Governance

1. Ensure active Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are in place for all active OEMs while driving a 5% reduction in overall AMC cost structures.
2. Govern and enforce strict operational compliance greater than 95% on all OEM and service provider contracts.
3. Enforce a strict 95% vendor compliance rate for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cycle turnaround times.
4. Achieve a 15% reduction in RNP deviations across Huawei, Ceragon, Ericsson, and ZTE platforms.
5. Drive IDU optimization projects across the MW network,
6. Govern global spare management under AMCs, and streamline spare ordering processes.
