About the Role

We are building next-gen Language AI models for the Indian market, and we need sharp, detail-oriented interns who are fluent in Punjabi (Reading, Writing & Speaking) to join our Data Operations team in Mohali.

This is not a generic internship. You will work on live AI/ML data pipelines — annotating, validating, and quality-checking datasets that directly train production-grade language models. If you are a final-year student or recent graduate with strong Punjabi skills and an eye for detail, this is your entry point into the AI industry.

📝 What You’ll Do

• Label and annotate text datasets (sentiment tagging, transcription, entity recognition) in Punjabi and English
• Draw bounding boxes and tag image datasets for computer vision models
• Perform strict quality checks and rework annotations based on reviewer feedback
• Flag ambiguous data for supervisor resolution
• Participate in calibration sessions to maintain labeling consistency across teams
• Support dataset organization for training, validation, and test splits
• Provide feedback to improve annotation workflows and guidelines

✅ Must-Have Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

• Punjabi Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak Punjabi fluently. This will be tested during the interview.
• English Proficiency: Good written and spoken English to understand annotation guidelines
• Education: Final-year college/university student OR recent graduate (any stream)
• Commitment: Full-time availability for 6 months without breaks
• Equipment: No need to bring personal laptop
• Attention to Detail: High consistency and zero-error mindset
