We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives for Mohali Location. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries via Call in a timely and efficient manner.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of 10+2 passed.

• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Undergraduates pursuing education through correspondence can apply.

• Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 33.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Candidate must be comfortable in rotational shifts
