Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Female)

 

 Location:

Designer Store – Simran Dhillon

 

 Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)

 

 Role Overview:

We are looking for a well presented and responsible Front Desk Executive to manage client interactions, appointments, and overall frontend operations of the store. This role is crucial in creating a smooth, premium customer experience while ensuring efficient coordination within the team.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 1. Client Handling & Communication

 Greet and attend walkin clients professionally

 Handle all incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram DMs

 Communicate clearly in polite and fluent English

 Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly

 

 2. Appointment & Trial Management

 Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently

 Coordinate trial dates and ensure smooth execution

 Keep track of upcoming trials and inform relevant team members

 

 3. Store Coordination

 Have complete knowledge of store layout, collections, and processes

 Direct clients to the right team members or sections

 Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team

 

 4. Followups & Conversions

 Maintain a database of all enquiries

 Follow up with potential clients to convert leads

 Ensure no enquiry is missed or ignored

 

 5. Store Presentation

 Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times

 Monitor front desk area and overall clientfacing environment

 

 6. Reporting & Data Management

 Maintain detailed daily reports on Google Sheets

   Client details

   Enquiries

   Appointments

   Followups

 Track daily tasks and updates accurately

 

 Requirements:

 Female candidate preferred

 Strong communication skills (Good spoken English is a must)

 Organized, responsible, and detailoriented

 Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

 Presentable personality with a customerfirst approach

 Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a retail environment

 

 Preferred Skills:

 Experience in a fashion/luxury retail store

 Familiarity with handling Instagram & WhatsApp business accounts

 Salesoriented mindset
