Outbound Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, and English-proficient Outbound Sales Executive to join our international voice process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced-level English proficiency with strong grammatical accuracy.
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently without frequent grammatical errors.
• Strong pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence formation, and conversational skills.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with international/UK customers.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to work in the UK shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Experienced Candidates:

Candidates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in any of the following are preferred:

• International BPO
• International Voice Process Outbound Sales
• Tele-sales
• International Sales Customer Acquisition
• Lead Generation

Candidates with relevant outbound sales experience in an international voice process are especially welcome.

Freshers are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate:
