Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide support to customers using our software products. 


  • Assist customers with product-related queries and technical issues. 
  • Understand and troubleshoot basic software/application problems. 
  • Guide customers on product features and usage. 
  • Handle customer queries through calls, chat, email, or support tickets. 
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issues requiring further assistance. 
  • Good communication skills and basic understanding of software/IT are required.
