Job Description

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, or respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Generation: Present and promote products or services to customers, aiming to close sales or meet defined targets.
  • Lead Management: Identify prospects, follow up on leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and provide the best solutions or product recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, maintain positive relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Update customer information, call logs, and sales records in CRM or internal systems.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns effectively and overcome objections to achieve sales outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and management to align on goals and campaigns.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
