Website Developer

We are looking for a Website Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with WordPress, React.js, Next.js, and full-stack web development.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and improving websites and web applications, working closely with our SEO, design, and marketing teams to deliver fast, responsive, secure, and SEO-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly websites from designs and requirements.
• Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and functionality.
• Work with React.js and Next.js to build modern, scalable web applications.
• Handle both frontend and backend development as required.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, forms, and other external services.
• Work with databases and backend technologies to develop full-stack solutions.
• Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and scalability.
• Implement technical SEO best practices including proper URL structures, schema implementation, redirects, canonical tags, and crawl-friendly architecture.
• Troubleshoot bugs, website errors, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
• Ensure websites are secure, maintainable, and follow development best practices.
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Deploy and maintain websites on hosting/cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and other developers.
• Regularly improve existing websites based on performance, user experience, and business requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional web development experience
• Strong practical experience with WordPress
• Good knowledge of React.js and Next.js
• Understanding of full-stack development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Good understanding of responsive web development
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
