Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Record and process invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Assist in payroll processing and tax compliance.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist with audits and financial reviews.
  • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems.
  • Understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
