Hiring for a leading Insurance Broking Company
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of POSP and Business Partners to sell Life / Health Insurance.
- Provide training and sales call support to POSP / Business Partners.
- Build strong relationships with insurance partners and business partners to run the function smoothly.
- Responsible for recruitment of POSP / Business Partners as per given targets.
- Ensure regular meetings with POSP / Business Partners to generate leads on a regular basis.
- Undertake lead generation activities on a weekly basis for recruitment and sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly goal sheet targets on all parameters.
- Responsible for recruitment of POSP and their activation on a monthly basis with Life, Health / Motor insurance.
- Maintain quality recruitment and quality business sourcing at all times, as per company and IRDA guidelines.
- Responsible for renewal collection from the following year onwards.
- Undertake joint calls with POSP on a regular basis to maximize business for the POSP as well as the organization.
Desired Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate / Any Diploma after 10+2.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry / Broking Industry.
Life Insurance and Broking candidates from the Direct Sales channel / Agency will be preferred.
