Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Observe and record customer behavior patterns (footfall trends, buying behavior, dwell time, interactions).
● Monitor employee behavior and engagement on the shop floor (greeting customers, product knowledge, responsiveness, upselling efforts). ● Identify gaps in customer experience and service delivery.
● Capture observations in a structured format using Google Sheets.
● Maintain daily/weekly reports with clear categorization (time, activity, observation, impact, suggestion).
● Highlight key trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
● Collaborate with store managers to share actionable insights.
● Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Fresher or graduate from any discipline.
● Strong observation and attention to detail.
● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
● Good analytical and logical thinking.
● Clear written communication skills.
● Ability to stay objective and unbiased while observing.
Key Deliverables:
● Daily observation logs in Google Sheets
● Weekly insight summary reports
● Actionable recommendations for store improvement
