Counter Sales Executive

Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Executive (Female Preferred) Location: Gold Souk Mall, Sector 43, Gurgaon Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: Minimum 3 years in the jewellery retail industry Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record of driving retail sales. Female candidates are highly preferred for this role to align with our store's customer engagement format. [ Key Responsibilities ● Sales Generation: Meet and exceed monthly retail sales targets by actively engaging with walk-in customers. ● Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and advising them on custom jewelry designs. ● Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gold, precious stones, and current market trends to handle customer queries confidently. ● Merchandising: Ensure luxury visual merchandising standards are maintained across counters and display cases. Requirements ● Minimum 3 years of experience specifically within luxury or fine jewellery retail. ● Age bracket between 25 and 35 years preferred.
