Dialer Executive – Job Description

Position: Dialer Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the Dial Shree dialer efficiently for daily outbound calling activities.
• Monitor call performance, connect rates, and agent productivity.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM system.
• Update lead status, follow-ups, dispositions, and customer information regularly.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze calling data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with the calling/sales team to improve productivity and lead conversion.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in both Dial Shree and CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Dialer Executive or in a similar role.
• Mandatory knowledge of Dial Shree dialer software.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Strong MIS skills, including data analysis, reporting, and maintaining dashboards/reports.
• Excellent MS Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, formulas, and report preparation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets and handle high-volume calling data.
• Should be comfortable preparing and presenting daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
