Delivery Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Preparation & Inspection

• Verify inventory: Match gift invoices against the physical items before loading the vehicle.
• Inspect packaging: Ensure premium ribbons, custom tags, wrappers, and gift boxes are flawless and undamaged.
• Organize transit: Load items systematically into the vehicle to prevent fragile gift items, glass bottles, or delicate arrangements from shifting or breaking.

2. Transit & Delivery Execution

• Route planning: Optimize delivery routes using GPS to meet strict corporate delivery windows and office hours.
• Time management: Execute bulk drop-offs at multiple office locations during standard corporate operating hours (typically 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).after Overtime applicable , payment of OT will be as per hour
• Safe handling: Transport items with care, ensuring temperature-sensitive gifts (like chocolates, pastries, or flowers) do not spoil. [1, 2]

3. Client Interaction & Verification

• Professional representation: Greet front-desk receptionists, HR managers, or corporate executives politely and professionally.
• Proof of Delivery (POD): Collect signatures, names, and contact details on physycal invoice or on delivery challans.
• Issue reporting: Document and immediately report any delivery rejections, wrong addresses, or missing recipients to the operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: SSC OR less than 10 th works
• Documentation: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Vehicle: Possession of a personal smartphone with a working camera and mobile internet.
• Navigation: Proficiency in using digital maps like Google Maps
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move gift boxes weighing up to 15–20 kg. [1, 2]

• Polite demeanor: Excellent behavioral etiquette suitable for corporate office environments.
• Punctuality: Exceptional time-management skills to hit strict event or festival deadlines (e.g., Diwali, New Year, corporate anniversaries).
