Direct Recruitment Officer

Grade: Assistant Manager                                                                                                    

Location: Mumbai

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn

§ Screening the candidate's resumes as per job requirement and contacting relevant candidates

§ Manage the Recruitment Process for Direct and Agencies from CV selection to Final selection

Key Skills/Abilities:

§ Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

§ Direct Recruitment abilities in Agri, Manufactures, ecommerce or Financial Services

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
