Field Sales Executive

Founded in 2014 by alumni of IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, and IIM Ahmedabad, the company serves millions of customers every month across major cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad. 

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquire and onboard property owners (sellers) onto the NoBroker platform.
• Contact potential sellers through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
• Explain NoBroker's products and subscription plans to property owners.
• Verify property details and ensure accurate listing information.
• Convince sellers to purchase premium services and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Follow up regularly to increase listing activation and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Resolve seller queries and provide timely support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to company processes and quality standards.

What We Are Looking For ?

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Field Sales
• 6 days working (Tuesday Week-off)
• Must have Two Wheeler, Driving license and RC
• Languages known : Basic English, Marathi, Hindi
