GST EXECUTIVE

 hiring a Junior GST Manager/Executive for our office in MIDC, Andheri East. This entry-level role focuses on high-accuracy data entry and document management to support our monthly and quarterly GST filings.

## Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Input purchase invoices, sales bills, and credit notes into accounting software.

* Reconciliation: Match internal purchase registers with GSTR-2B and GSTR-2A reports.

* Document Prep: Organize, verify, and maintain physical and digital tax records.

* Filing Support: Assist senior accountants in preparing data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.

* Error Checking: Identify and correct data mismatches in tax invoices before final submission.

## Requirements

* Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or data entry (Garment, Textile, or Apparel industry preferred).

* Software Skills: Basic hands-on experience with Tally Prime or ERP systems and MS Excel.

* Tax Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of CGST, SGST, IGST, and HSN codes.

* Education: B.Com, M.Com, or any graduate with a relevant accounting certification.

* Traits: Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy with numerical data.
