Job Description

Company: TeamSpace (Client: TeamSpace Financial Services)


Designation: Executive – Apprentice


Apprenticeship Duration: 9 months (Government Apprenticeship)


Stipend: ₹13,000 per month + 1,500 from government side 


Certificate: Government certificate after successful completion

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Managing employee records and documentation


• Handling onboarding and exit formalities


• Maintaining attendance and leave records


• Supporting payroll coordination


• Preparing HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, etc.)


• Managing employee queries related to HR policies



Eligibility & Skills:


Graduation mandatory


Good communication skills required


Work Details:


Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Weekly Off: Sunday
