Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings.
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent spatial planning, color theory, and material knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.
