Job Description – Injection Moulding Factory Helper

Position: Injection Moulding Machine Helper

Department: Production

Location: Mumbai / Bhandup

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the injection moulding machine operator during production.
• Collect and arrange moulded plastic components from the machine.
• Remove runners, sprues, and excess plastic from finished parts.
• Check products visually for defects such as flash, short moulding, burns, or damage.
• Pack finished products as instructed.
• Keep the machine area and factory floor clean and organised.
• Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and shifting finished goods.
• Help the operator during mould change, material change, and routine production activities.
• Follow all safety instructions and factory rules.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No specific educational qualification required.
• Previous experience in an injection moulding factory is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Working Hours

Shift: As per factory requirement

Overtime: Available as per production requirements
