*About the Role*

Yes Bank is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates for the position of MIS Executive. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in banking operations and management information systems (MIS). The primary responsibility will involve extensive Excel-based reporting, data management, and operational support.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

* Perform data entry, validation, and analysis with high accuracy.

* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

* Organize, update, and maintain business data records.

* Support internal teams with data-related tasks and reporting requirements.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.

* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of organizational data.

*Eligibility Criteria*

* Fresh graduates (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

* Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

*Working Hours*

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Holidays: Banking holidays applicable

*Compensation*

Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000

₹14,000 contributed by Yes Bank

₹6,000 contributed by the Government under the NATS Scheme

*Employment Type*

Contract Duration: 1 year
